Problems with Problem Solving
‘Problems’ these days are seemingly out-of-control. They are complicated, big, and sometimes truely boundless. Many elements and relationships need to converge on a constantly changing and shifting scenario, and parts of pieces of community are now so interconnected and overlapping that solving one thing in one field of interest, may cause a problem to arise in another field of interest.
What are some common traits of these knarly situations? What are some ways to get unstuck and navigate complexity again? Can past-problem solving practices be reframed?
